From the time we got off the plane till we were back in San Diego, the whole experience was positive. The staff was excellent, as was the care. When we got to the hospital, we were greeted with the greatest respect, shown to our room, and had the Doppler ultrasound. Dr Morales delivered the results, and my procedure was scheduled for the next morning. The procedure was done on time and the results were very positive. I had 75-80% blockage, and each vein was ballooned twice. The post-op care was excellent - from the housekeeping staff to the nurses and the doctors. I have spent a lot of time in hospitals prior to having this procedure, and can say that your hospital was second to none. The meals in your facility were excellent and would satisfy anyone. I cannot thank you enough for giving me my life back - as for the MS symptoms, they are very much decreased. I can walk better, I have no more headaches, I am regaining the use of my right hand, have no more brain fog, and best of all, the swelling in my feet is gone and has been since the day of the procedure. To someone with MS these are all big, big bonuses. Would I do this again? You bet! A BIG THANK YOU TO YOU ALL for the wonderful experience!!

My procedure went very well. Dr Morales said he was very pleased and felt I was ready to travel home within a few days of my procedure. My tolerance for heat and cold seems to be relieved. All is good there. Janis, I can't thank you enough for all your support and attention during this trip. It made me feel like I was with family every time you called. Esmeralda (International Patient Coordinator) came to my room soon just after my procedure to ensure all was well. Everyone was very professional and upstanding. Post-surgery, I was happy to try out my new ambulating abilities and energy levels. Please accept my greatest appreciation and hope to talk with you soon after we are back in Canada. Dr. Morales has requested six month checkups. I look forward to hearing from you. We met Paulo, the Director at the hospital in the lobby while checking out.
