I wanted to drop you a line to let you know how much I have appreciated one of your agents, Jeff Linville. I was very anxious about making an appointment in Tijuana for a LAP-BAND surgery and had researched several different places.

Jeff was so patient with me and answered all of my questions with such professionalism. We've spoken on the phone numerous times and Jeff really went the distance for me.
