His post-graduate work includes study of Internal Medicine in Primary Care, Family General Practitioner, General Surgery, and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
Dr. Parra is a certified specialist in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery by the Mexican Board of Cosmetic & Reconstructive Plastic Surgery.
He is currently on staff at Hospital Angeles, Tijuana. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
