Dr. Vergara graduated with Honors from Autonomous University of Baja California in Tijuana. He specialized in Ophthalmology at Hermosillo General Hospital in Sonora, Mexico, and trained in his sub-specialty of Glaucoma and Cataract Surgery in Mexico City.
