About Dr. David Jimenez

Dr. Jimenez graduated from the University of California at Irvine, and completed medical school at National Autonomous University of Mexico in Mexico City. His post-graduate education includes General Surgery residencies at the General Hospital of Mexico and Manual Gea Gonzalez Hospital in Mexico City, a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery residency at Manual Gea Gonzalez Hospital, and a Fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota.

Dr. Jimenez has been in private practice since 1983 and has performed thousands of surgeries. He is the former head of the Plastic and Reconstructive Department at the General Hospital of Tijuana , and former head of the Pediatric Burn Unit at the National Medical Center of the Mexican Institute of Social Security. He is currently a staff member at Hospital Angeles Tijuana.
